Terms of Service

1. What StreamCaddy Is

StreamCaddy is a sports streaming decision engine. It helps you understand which games you can watch, on which services, given your current subscriptions and location. StreamCaddy is not a streaming service, broadcaster, or sports data provider. We do not stream video or audio. We provide recommendations — not guarantees — about game availability.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using StreamCaddy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service. Your continued use of StreamCaddy after any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating your account, including your ZIP code, followed teams, and streaming service subscriptions. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at support@streamcaddy.app if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. What StreamCaddy Provides

StreamCaddy provides recommendations, not guarantees. Specifically:

• Watchability information is based on available data at the time of the query and may not reflect real-time broadcast changes, blackout updates, or provider outages.
• Streaming service availability, pricing, and channel lineups change frequently. StreamCaddy cannot guarantee that information is current or accurate at the moment you view it.
• Regional blackout rules are complex and change without notice. StreamCaddy's blackout estimates are informational only.
• Recommendations on the Improve My Setup tab are based on games unlocked, cost efficiency, and your configured setup — not on affiliate commission rates. See our Affiliate Disclosure for details.

5. Limitation of Liability

StreamCaddy is not responsible for:

• Broadcaster or provider outages that prevent you from watching a game
• Last-minute changes to broadcast schedules or blackout rules
• Inaccurate or outdated data in our recommendations
• Any subscription costs you incur based on StreamCaddy recommendations — you are responsible for reviewing the terms of any service you sign up for
• Affiliate links — if you click a recommendation link and sign up for a service, you are entering a direct relationship with that service provider

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, StreamCaddy's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (which, for a free service, is zero).

6. Intellectual Property

StreamCaddy owns the software, design, algorithms, and content that make up the service. You own the data you provide (teams, ZIP, subscriptions) and may request its deletion at any time. Team names, logos, and league trademarks belong to their respective owners — StreamCaddy has no affiliation with any league, team, or broadcaster.

7. Termination

You may stop using StreamCaddy at any time and request deletion of your account by contacting support@streamcaddy.app. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used to abuse the service.

8. Privacy

Your use of StreamCaddy is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

9. Affiliate Relationships

StreamCaddy earns commissions when you sign up for streaming services through links on the Improve My Setup tab. These affiliate relationships do not influence how we rank recommendations. See our Affiliate Disclosure for full details.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of StreamCaddy after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
